Known to body builders and fitness lovers across the country, Dedicated Fitness XL has become the largest gym in the North West. After opening it’s doors in March 2016, the team have expanded and improved to create an incredible gym with the aim to provide the best equipment for their members.
The gym features the biggest dumbbell rack in the country, measuring at 48m long – twice the length of an olympic swimming pool. This holds 148 pairs of dumbbells with weights ranging from 3kg to 150kg to suit everyone.
The variety and quality of the Watson equipment is something the gym is known for. Along with having a great atmosphere, the gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can almost guarantee a good workout every time you go.
Dedicated Fitness XL isn’t only suitable for body builders, but features 35 pieces of cardio equipment including 10 stair masters.
For Personal trainers based in the gym, there is also a separate area for clients to be trained in private – brilliant for those who don’t feel confident in the weights area of the gym.
There is a dedicated women’s only area which has proved extremely popular with industry fitness models and professionals along with a strong local clientele.
To become a member, the gym costs £22.99 per month or a £250 one off payment for 14 months.
