After what feels like an extended wet winter, are you ready to improve your tennis and get back on the court?
Where to play across the UK
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced player. In fact, you may be surprised how well populated the UK is for tennis courts. Recently, the Lawn Tennis Association has spent a lot of money to rejuvenate local park courts and make them more accessible. As a result, most courts are now free to use all year round.
Alternatively, why not join a local club, which usually costs less than a gym membership? Typically, this option means you’ll make new friends to rally with, play competitive matches against other clubs, and access professional coaching. A video coaching solution
To help you improve your tennis quickly, I have teamed up with former British number one Dan Evans. Notably, Dan is still an active ATP player. He has enjoyed incredible highs, such as reaching world ranking number 21, winning the Davis Cup for his country, and beating Novak Djokovic.
Do any of these issues apply to you? For instance, perhaps you don’t have time to book a regular lesson, or your local coach has no suitable spaces. Maybe you would rather keep your coaching private, or your child needs help reaching the next level.
This video analysis package lets you receive personal feedback from Dan and his award-winning coaching team. Best of all, there is no subscription fee, so all you need is your mobile phone.
How it works
Simply send in a short video of your area of weakness. For example, you might say, “My serve is my biggest problem, as it lacks power and often goes in the net.” Then, 48 hours later, you will receive a personal video back from Dan and his team. Clearly and in detail, they explain how you can improve that shot, with examples and drills to follow.
Ultimately, it’s a flexible, affordable way to raise your game. You can find out more and get started on the Lawn Tennis Association website.
