Deana Riley

Deana Riley, a female personal trainer with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, has joined Liverpool Fitness Magazine as a Woman’s Fitness Columnist. Deana’s journey began as a fitness instructor, followed by Pilates training, and ultimately, she qualified as a Personal Trainer. She has worked with both men and women throughout her career, finding immense joy in helping them achieve their fitness goals. Deana’s experience extends beyond traditional gyms. She has worked in schools, teaching young children about the importance of exercise during their lunch breaks. Her clientele has ranged from children aged 12 to women in their 60s, and she has even had the privilege of working with elderly individuals in nursing homes, where she enjoyed chair-based exercises and engaging in friendly conversations afterward. Deana is excited to share her knowledge of fitness and personal training with the female readers of Liverpool Fitness Magazine.
