Ashley Lucas, with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, has joined Liverpool Fitness Magazine as Men’s Fitness Columnist.
Starting his career as a personal trainer at just 19, Ashley went on to work in multiple gyms across the North West before founding Unit 7 – a premium fitness and personal coaching space. Through Unit 7, and his team, he has supported hundreds of clients on their journeys to better health, strength, and confidence.
Ashley’s expertise particularly shines in men’s health, where he has developed a reputation for helping men overcome barriers, build sustainable routines, and achieve life-changing results. He is excited to share his knowledge of fitness to assist men with their fitness goals.
