The Cillo Family has expanded its hospitality portfolio with the launch of CasaCillo. Indeed, this stylish new Italian dining destination brings culinary theatre to the heart of Liverpool.
CasaCillo sits on Duke Street, alongside sister venue Botanico. Furthermore, it is the latest venture from one of Liverpool’s most established hospitality families. It builds on the success of Botanico, Panoramic34 and the wider Cillo Family collection.
The venue features an intimate 36-seat restaurant. In addition, a stylish all-weather terrace seats a further 26 guests. As a result, CasaCillo offers a premium yet welcoming experience where Italian tradition and tableside service create memorable occasions.
CasaCillo: Theatrical Italian Dining on Duke Street
The restaurant suits many occasions. For example, it works for celebrations, date nights, friends’ get-togethers and business dining. Moreover, it introduces a new level of interactive dining to Liverpool city centre. Above all, it places guests at the heart of the experience.
At CasaCillo, dining becomes entertainment. Italian chefs prepare signature dishes and finish them tableside. As a result, guests witness the craftsmanship and theatre behind each plate.
Highlights include steak tartare, Dover sole, fresh lobster and a spectacular 1.5kg sharing steak. Furthermore, the kitchen serves the finest artisan Italian pasta, including popular classics. Every dish arrives with flair and a sense of occasion.
The concept reflects the values of the Cillo Family brand. In short, these are warm hospitality, excellent service and a passion for memorable moments. Meanwhile, a team of Italian chefs leads the kitchen. Notably, they combine traditional techniques and authentic recipes with the finest local produce. Consequently, the menu celebrates both Italian heritage and exceptional ingredients sourced closer to home.
Donato Cillo said: “CasaCillo is everything we love about hospitality. Great food and attentive service create memorable experiences for our guests. We wanted to bring something truly special to Liverpool. Guests can enjoy exceptional ingredients while watching dishes being finished at their table. Every visit should feel like an occasion.”
CasaCillo welcomes guests from Wednesday to Saturday, 6pm to 10pm. In addition, it is available for private events, celebrations and exclusive hire.
CasaCillo blends authentic Italian hospitality with premium ingredients and immersive dining theatre. Therefore, it is set to become one of Liverpool’s most exciting new restaurants. Ultimately, it is a must-visit destination for Anglo-Italian food lovers across the region.
